New Listing and Newly Renovated. Come enjoy relaxing at our Waterfront Lake House Fishing FrenZee on Bullock Pen Lake. Great fishing and great location. The house is centrally located to enjoy all the activities in the area (see list below). The house is right on the lake with 2 fire pits, kayaks and cornhole and new gas grill. Also less than a mile to the Boat Ramp. All updated kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. Master with Queen Bed and second bedroom with Bunkbed Full and twin on top and twin trundle. The basement has a large cozy couch with a large TV and a full size Golden Tee 98 and Bowling Game.

Clean, cozy, lakeside home with a beautiful view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting both the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. We enjoyed sitting by the lake watching fish jump & turtles swimming. Next time we’ll pack appropriate attire to use the kayaks.Dee was an amazing host and a great communicator. She was always quick to respond to inquiries before, during, & after our stay.

Very cozy, quiet and relaxing place to stay. This place has a beautiful view off the back deck and the owner provides everything needed to enjoy time on the water. From fishing gear to kayaks and life jackets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.Owner was very responsive and even left us a small tote bag as a gift. Overall we had the best time staying in this home.

Family spring break

We had a great stay. Beautiful place. So well done inside. All amenities provided. It Was a little bit tight quarters for the 6 of us. But we made the most of it spent lots of time outside and exploring the area.

Lake House perfect for a family with active kids!

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum! The home was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was absolutely beautiful—right on a peaceful lake. Our whole family of 6, loved kayaking together and fishing off the pier, making some great memories. Best of all, it’s very close to the Ark Encounter, which made it super convenient. If you’re planning to visit the area, this is the perfect spot to stay!

Fun Visit

Very cute cottage & stay. Our group was one adult w/3 teens, and it was perfect for our needs while we visited Ark & Creation Museum for a conference - great location roughly halfway btwn both. On our down day, the kids loved the corn hole and kayaking! Living room fit our four comfortably for evening chats, large table gave us room for board games, deck was nice for me in the evenings. Property is as described and wonderful, thoughtful host!

Great lakeside getaway!

Great Lakeside Retreat!

Quiet, peaceful lakeside location! Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. Nice dock for fishing and perfect for an evening fire pit after a busy day. Perfect location for visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Come on out to the lake and enjoy!

We had a wonderful time! The house is excellent - clean, cozy, new appliances, everything very well-appointed! We spent our days, though, in the kayaks, paddling around the lake, enjoying the nature! Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. It was so nice to return to the cabin after a day of sightseeing to rest and relax. We loved the kayaks, bean bags, fire pit, etc. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to make our evening meals. It was also in a great location! Great Lake House

My family fully enjoyed everything this lake house has to offer. Highlights for us included the kayaks, the griddle on the back deck, the cornhole boards, the firepit, the dock, the golden tee arcade in the basement, and the super clean and updated interior. Thanks Dee for making it such a great space!

Great family getaway.

Warm, cozy home with good views, all the amenities for a comfortable stay, and multiple entertainment items (separate hang out area with games,tv for kids), fire pit, corn hole, lakeside dock with fishing equipment provided. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly. Location was perfect for a visit to the Ark, Creation Museum, and Hockey game. We loved our stay.

Cozy house in a great location.

The house was very clean and well thought out. Cozy, just right for a family getaway. The neighborhood is down-to-earth, with friendly neighbors. Perfect location for nearby attractions such as the Ark Encounter, picking up someone at the airport, or going for a stroll on the riverfront in Cincinnati (just make sure you check the Reds schedule before heading there ;))

Ark encounter

We stayed three nights. The house was very cleaned. Neighbors were quiet. Did not get the opportunity to enjoy The kayak because ran out of time.
