The keycard controlling the lights in the room is not effective. It made a booming noise each time it was out in or taken out. At night, I could not leave a light on—it was all or nothing. It ruined my laptop, which I had left charging. My keycard got demagnetized three times and I had to take the stairs to the lobby from the 9th floor because it also controls the elevator. When the girl at the desk told me I should put the card in the slot on the door for a few moments for it to work, I lost patience and told her I know how to use a key card.
