Peace and quiet

Excellent place to stay and have a peaceful and safe vacation.Condominium was clean and equipped with everything we needed to have wonderful time.We have enjoyed spending time together on the private pool.Condo is located just fifteen minutes walking distance from the beach..

Rundum Zufrieden

Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat gezeigt und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und standen immer für Tipps und Hilfe zur verfügung. Die Aussicht war wunderschön und Abends konnte man die Sonne vom Balkon untergehen sehen. Trotz der Nachbarhäuser hat man am Pool den ganzen Tag bis auf früh morgens Sonne.

Tolles Penthouse mit toller Aussicht

Das Penthouse ist absolut empfehlenswert! Die Besitzer Sandra & Robert sind sehr freundlich und stehen auch für Restauranttips etc. gerne zur Verfügung. Das Penthouse ist top in Schuss und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattungen ist sehr gehoben (Parkett/Fliesen, Kilmaanlage in allen Räumen, elektronische Rollläden etc.). Besonders zu erwähnen ist der extra Kühlschrank direkt am Pool. Der eigene Poolbereich bietet viel Platz und auch Schattenbereiche. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Innenstadt ist dennoch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist grandios! Alles in allem eine echte Empfehlung für einen Urlaub mit der Familie! Alles in allem ein echtes Highlig

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Wohnung mit privatem Pool

Wir haben als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Wir wurden von Sandra und Robert sehr freundlich empfangen und während unseres Urlaubs bei Bedarf unterstützt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet, mit Meerblick vom Balkon. Es fehlte uns an nichts, auch die klassischen Verbrauchsmaterialien (Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Müllbeutel, Kaffee, Toilettenpapier, ...) waren alle in kleineren Mengen vorhanden. Der separate Garten ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und prima eingerichtet, mit Pool, Outdoorküche, Grill, Liegen, Sonnenschirm ... Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war für uns auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Umland. Unterschätzt haben wir den Fußweg zum Strand. Er war steiler als gedacht, so dass wir häufiger das Auto nutzten. Was wir aber nicht als Nachteil empfunden haben. Ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Komfortable Wohnung mit privatem Pool und toller Aussicht

An der Wohnung gibt es nichts zu meckern: komfortable Boxspringbetten, Balkon mit Meerblick, in der Küche alles was man braucht, Pool mit Außenküche und Grill... alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mit den Vetmietern standen wir in gutem Kontakt, konnten alles fragen und bekamen schnell eine Antwort. Die Anlage ist außen sehr hellhörig, d.h. es schallt von den anderen Pools Kindergeplantache und nächtliche Gespräche relativ laut. Die Wohnung ist auf einem Berg. Zum Laufen, war es uns zu steil. Mit dem Auto ist man aber in 5 Minuten beim Supermarkt und in maximal 10 Minuten an einem der Strände. Hier fährt eigentlich jeder mit dem Auto und man kommt auch direkt zum Strand. Die Strände sind halt direkt an der Stadt und daher nicht ganz zu idyllisch. Ein Ausflug zur gegenüberliegenden Insel Krk lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Dort findet man auch ruhige Buchten. Man kommt mit dem Taxiboot schnell rüber.

Die Wohlfühlatmosphäre hat zu der ausgezeichneten Erholung beigetragen.

Wir haben als Familie einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub genießen können. Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig gebucht und alles hat prima geklappt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Vermieter haben sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen. Für uns wurden Begrüßungsdrinks kaltgestellt und Obstschale mit ausgezeichneten Früchten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und prima eingerichtet mit vollfunktioneller Outdoorküche, Grill, Pool, Palmen... Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful modern apartment

We had a great time at Sandra and Robert's apartment! The apartment is super modern furnished and lacks nothing. In the kitchen and outdoor kitchen is thought of everything for cozy cooking and barbecue evenings. The morning and evening hours can be enjoyed with a view of the sea from the balcony. The walk to the beach and town takes about 15 minutes and is a bit steeper. The arrangements and communication with Sandra and Robert were very uncomplicated. Both are very warm and helpful people! We will be happy to come again :)

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Familie

Es war wirklich alles unfassbar schön! Der Blick vom Balkon, der eigene Pool, die Nähe zum Meer und zum Ort. Alles Top! Die Gastgeber waren auch immer total einfach zu erreichen und haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Aktivitäten geben können. Schicke, moderne und saubere Wohnung am Hang mit Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern separat einzustellen, sehr großem Balkon mit Markise und tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Der dazugehörige private Pool mit Liegen, Grill und Aussenküche waren ein tolles Extra! Alles in allem eine kleine Luxus-Unterkunft, deren Preis sich gerechtfertigte.
