This cosy holiday apartment in Crikvenica is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxing holiday on the Croatian Adriatic coast. The 45 m² accommodation offers space for up to four people and impresses with a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area with an additional sofa bed.



A highlight is the covered balcony with a clear view of the sea – perfect for enjoying breakfast in peace in the morning or watching the sunset. The kitchen is functionally equipped with a 2-plate stove, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and refrigerator. SAT-TV, air conditioning and WiFi provide additional comfort. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the price. A washing machine is available for communal use with the landlord (for a fee).



The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home with a total of ten residential units, embedded in a quiet, green residential area. The lovingly landscaped garden with sun loungers, parasols, and a freshwater pool invites relaxation. Families with children will also find a small play area with a swing and seesaw. A grill can be used by arrangement. The property is fenced, and a private parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are not allowed.



Only about 700 metres separate you from the nearest beach, which offers both sandy and pebble areas. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the town centre of Crikvenica with restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping opportunities. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, diving, sailing, boat trips as well as excursions to nearby nature parks and culturally interesting places.



Some services, such as using the washing machine or local charges, are not included in the rental price and will be calculated separately on site. The hosts live in the same house and are happy to help with any questions.
