Overall good stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was including and was very good. Great location.

this hotel has the absolute worst housekeeping. You would come back to your room as if nothing had been touched besides the bed. Dirty glasses would remain in room for a week without anyone ever taking it upon themselves to replace them with clean ones.

Room was great with a view over the city . Very clean and had simple things like a mirror above the desk to do make up etc . Breakfast was lovely , staff were really helpful . Great location across from Victoria station

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every member of the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They were always willing to offer recommendations for restaurants or things to do, and would even help arrange a taxi. When we checked in, we were greeted immediately, offered water, and then promptly shown to our room. The rooms were each unique and cozy, which really encouraged you to enjoy all the different spaces the hotel had to offer to relax. Their menu was also really good—especially the breakfast options—and they even offered a really nice afternoon tea. We were traveling to visit the Hawaiian Kingdom exhibition at the British Museum, and it was literally right around the corner—not even a 5-minute walk. We were also conveniently close to several shops and restaurants, all within a few minutes walking. Even some I visited in SoHo tweet only a 15–18 minute walk, or a quick cab ride if walking isn’t possible for you. I wish I could name everyone on the staff who made such an impression, but I didn’t catch all of their names. Tudor, Marta, and the two evening bartenders were all fantastic—but truly, everyone I encountered at the hotel was. If I’m ever back in London, I will definitely be staying here again.

Stunning hotel. Rooms are spacious. Staff is top notch. Bar is a blast on the weekend!
