"I absolutely loved this hotel! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes and slippers were a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly helpful, and although a small mistake was made during my stay, they rectified it very quickly and professionally. The location was great—just 20 minutes from the city center and 40 minutes from the airport. I have no complaints and will definitely be staying here again!"

"I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. From check-in to check-out, there was absolutely no staff present at any point during my stay. When I arrived, the entrance was locked and I stood outside with my luggage for over 30 minutes. I couldn’t call local numbers, so I had to wait for a stranger to pass by and kindly let me use their phone. Only then was I able to reach someone from the hotel. "The day we arrived in Bucharest it snowed and it was very cold. We could not visit Bucharest much because of the cold weather. So we spent most of our time in the hotel, very comfortable. And we were very happy to stay here. I would definitely recommend it."
