Mountain Side Home with Spectacular Views!! 2bd-2ba - 420 & Dog Friendly + AC !!

8/10 Good
"Overall, considering there are not many options when you visit Sand Dunes National Park, we were comfortable and felt safe. When we arrived, the walkway to the front was covered in bushes so we stepped over the beam to get to the door. It was 89 degrees inside the house and it took an hour to figure out how to work the air conditioner. The host was very patient and we finally figured it out. I am not sure why they did not have it cooled when we arrived. The washer had clothes in it and the dryer was full of clothes stacked up high. Glad we did not need this amenity. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We found most of the dishes in the dishwasher, clean, and found the kitchen to be well supplied. We did eat our meals at the house. We enjoyed our stay even with these few disappointments. The night sky was beautiful the first night and cloudy the next. The town was interesting. All in all, we were happy we found the house and really enjoyed the park."
