"A beautiful and quiet getaway. We came down for a wedding in Ogallala so this home was the perfect place to enjoy being near the water and winding down from all of the festivities. Very clean and peaceful, and our hosts were welcoming and communicative. We would love to stay here again."

"House was what saved our weekend. Fishing sucked. Nothing open with in 40 miles. We hit the grocery store and the house had the rest of the supplies. Access was a little difficult for us crippled guys boat parking was limited. Other than that great house!"

"The house was perfect for our visit to see the sandhill cranes. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was stocked with everything that anyone would ever need. All the bathroom amminities were also provided, as well as plenty of extra blankets. Proximity to the old bridge was a bonus for excellent crane viewing. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great time at Lake Mac last weekend. The house is compact, but had everything we needed. I appreciated the extra touches like having kids shampoo available, plenty of laundry detergent, and a very well stocked kitchen. The only thing that I would suggest is to make it clearer where the "beach" access is located and that it is seasonal - the lake was only at 45% capacity when we were there, so we had to drive to the beach access in North Shore."
