About this property
Lodge Style Cabin nr Crater Lake w Mountain Views
You will love the cozy & clean feel of our cabin. We have stainless steel appliances in the kitchen for cooking and meal preparation, a cozy living room with a wood-fired stove and panoramic windows. The view will keep you awe-inspired throughout your stay!
The finishings include wood floors, hickory cabinets, granite countertops, tiled shower accents, stone fireplace and wood trim throughout the chalet.
All of our beds have fresh cotton sheets with nice linen blankets, and soft high-end down-alternative pillows. All bedding is hypo-allergenic so you can rest easy.
The house is 3 levels. The main floor offers the kitchen, a full bathroom, and a large living room with a wood stove and a smart TV. There are two bedrooms on this level. One with a firm king bed, and one with a medium-firm queen bed.
Downstairs we have a half-bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin bed. The lower bunk is a full, and the upper bunk is a twin. There is also a 2nd living room with a TV and entertainment system full of DVDs, board games, and more. This is where families and friends play!
The upstairs loft has a medium-firm full-sized bed and a full bathroom. It also has an even better vantage point of the mountains!
We just recently upgraded internet to Yellowknife, a fixed wireless internet service. It is superior to Satellite internet and has lower latency in all types of weather. Your party will have no issues streaming Netflix, browsing the web, checking email, etc.
Other notes.
*Up to 2 pets are allowed. Please be respectful, and take care of any messes. *Firewood is included with your rental. We occasionally run low and cannot make it down to replenish the supply before the next guests. We will do our best to let you know if that is the case so you can pick up a few bundles on your way out.

Very comfortable home. Hosts were wonderful and organized. We would recommend to this house to anyone looking for a vacation home in crescent! Thank you!
The home is very nice, well laid out and well stocked with all of the essentials in the kitchen (lots of pots, pans, utensils, etc.). It was perfect for two couples, and I can imagine it would work well with kids too.
We love the big windows and wood stove, spacious kitchen, and kids’ space in the basement.
It’s special to have a beautiful cabin that is also dog-friendly.
Owners are responsive. Kitchen is well-stocked. Convenient location: just 10-15 min drive to willamette pass.
We love this house. It has a great basement area for kids with a bedroom and tv area, the living room has tall ceilings and is full of windows. The only thing we didn’t like is that both of the last 2 years the driveway is very icy - this year we could not drive up and had to walk.the owners have always been very responsive but the ice could not be alleviated.
This is our second stay at the beautiful home. So many summer activities for the kids it is a good choice.
The home needs a deep cleaning. There is thick dust on the upper window sills, dust is hanging off the fan blades, along with the table light shades. Spider webs hanging everywhere. Easily remedied...and then I'd give a 5 star.
Make sure to check out Salt Creek Falls and Crescent Lake. Beautiful.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Home was comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated. Property was relatively close to everything we hoped to see and do while we were here. TV downstairs didn’t really work, they had a lot of videos, mostly Disney that my college age son and girlfriend tried to watch but they couldn’t get it to function. So there was one TV for three floors and 4 sleeping areas. This would have been more important if we weren’t at the Ski resort or snowmobiling. But if we were more “entrapped” by weather, it would have been nice to give people space when needed. This is more of suggestion for winter travelers. Side note: make sure you pack in food. Not a lot to eat in the area unless you want frozen foods or gas station food. They have suggestions and there were a couple of places but I strongly suggest you bring food. Kitchen has just about all you need to cook a great meal. I’d stay here again and maybe bring some additional tech. But honestly, in the summer…there is too much to see and do to matter.
We love the mountain feel of a wood stove and a wall of windows overlooking the mountains. I love the kid-friendly basement that is separate from the kitchen/living room. Very comfortable space just 15 minutes from willamette pass
The house works well for our three small families. We enjoy being in the mountains, near a ski area, in a nice cozy lodge setting. The driveway is a bit steep but functions as a fabulous sledding hill. We hope to keep coming back every February.
The property is great and the host is very responsive. But the cleaners can do a better job. There was hair on the linen and lots of pet hair on the carpet. I encourage the host to review the cleanliness from time to time.
The place was very clean and beautiful with a great view and exactly as advertised. It's only about 45 minutes from the north entrance of Crater Lake National Park and close to numerous hiking trails in the National Forest. The owners were great to deal with and all the instructions were clearly stated. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and the loft with a bathroom upstairs. The other bedroom is in the basement, which is a walkout, but it is on the lower level, so it has a little bit of that basement feel. The place was stocked with everything we needed but be prepared because it is out there and there are no really good stores close by. The little store in town does not have much.
Our entire family of 5 stayed during the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The cabin has a great layout and for a winter experience it was always comfortable inside. The wood stove added great atmosphere and warmth during the colder nights. For outside experience, we really enjoyed the main level veranda and the fire table. We are a family that cooks and enjoyed using the really nice kitchen. The only suggestion we could offer is that a few more serving dishes would be a great addition to the kitchen. Also, we spent a little time in the downstairs entertainment room and found it a bit dated. There was a tube TV and video cassettes that did not play too well. Internet was spotty at times and TV reception was affected by the quality of satellite reception. However, this is a mountain location and such occurrences should be expected. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider a return to create more memories.
My family rented this cabin in the woods for 3 nights. Nice to have 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Nicely decorated with woodsy charm. Updated kitchen with everything you need. We used the wood burning fireplace every night which was great. The stars at night were so beautiful. The deck with a view of the mountains and Aspens was awesome. About a 50 minute drive to Crater Lake. Not a lot of places to eat but Manley in Crescent Junction has delicious broasted chicken and food truck in Chemult had tasty Mexican.
The pictures initially won us over, but actually being there was even better. Great location, great set up, quality throughout the home, quick responses from the host and we got to spend a wonderful week as a family. I would return in a heartbeat. And Crescent Lake was super close and probably the best lake we’ve been to. :)
Everything was clean and pretty. the location was nice and we could clearly see the stars at night. One issue we had was the upstairs shower was clogged before we arrived so we were unable to use it.
A comfortable, well equipped cabin within easy distance of lakes and mountain trails. If you come in the summer, bring beach equipment!
The deck area is the selling point! We followed the shade around during the day and enjoyed the picturesque mountain views.
Some small maintenance issues prevented this from being a full 5 star review.
