PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The house is located in the center of the tranquil resort of Miholascica on the west side of the second largest island in Croatia "Cres" in the Kvarner bay. The quite cozy place offers everything necessary to spend a rather individual and relaxing family holiday. There are no mass tourism and hotel facilities here. A small church is located next to the house. In addition, there is a supermarket, a few restaurants and cafes. The place still retains its village charm and can certainly be considered an insider tip. The sea and the idyllic bay offer child-friendly pebble beaches and crystal-clear sea water. Boat trips are offered in the neighboring town of Martinscica.
The old former home of the landlord is already getting a bit old, but probably even for that reason offers a variety of details that make it comfortable. The house offers the following on 2 floors: On the ground floor a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom, a large bathroom / WC with shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs is the living area with couch and satellite TV and another bedroom.
Outside there is a terrace with shaded seating and a barbecue. A small garden completes the idyll. Nearby there are several beaches. Also shopping, restaurant, cafe, etc. are within walking distance in 2 minutes.
