"I had a very concerning experience at this hotel that has still not been addressed. While walking on the pool deck, I stepped on a piece of glass and was cut. What made the situation worse was the response from staff. Initially, no one stepped in to help. It was only after it was clear that I was bleeding that someone acknowledged the situation. I was told a manager or someone from the team would come speak with me. I waited for approximately three hours, and no one ever came. The next day at checkout, I reported the incident again. I was assured that someone would follow up with me the following day. It has now been two weeks, and I have not received any call, message, or acknowledgment. This is not just about the injury itself, but the lack of urgency, care, and follow-through. A safety issue like glass on a pool deck should never happen, and when it does, it should be handled immediately and professionally. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves both safety and guest response moving forward"

"First I didn’t get the room I booked I booked for a king and got a double went to ask about it to be told I originally booked a double. Wasn’t a big issue but a problem. The room is okay but very run down and showing. On my second to last day I get a letter told I never declared my pets at check in when the sign in the lobby says no pets. Overall an okay say not the best but not the worst toy get what you pay for and it’s cheap to stay. "

"The people here double park they keep you up all night with all the drugs and drinking. It’s a horrible place to stay. There are nails all in the parking lot. I can’t count how many I picked up. They will raise your rate $10-$15 a night once you arrive as well as a $50 deposit do not stay at this room this will not be enjoyable. Stay. In my room with some reason infested with fleas "

"Kodey got us checked in and even tried to help get my co worker into a handicap accessible room, which we very much appreciated. The hotel needs to be refreshed. You can tell the pipeliners have used and abused it. My room had staples in the walls and ceilings from blocking the room off with plastic, probably from a previous leak. There was a thermostat on the wall but it didn't control anything. The room was clean overall though. My only real complaint is that we were both charged $5.51 for a parking fee that was not included or disclosed by expedia and was never disclosed by double tree at check in or check out. Still waiting for these charges to fall off after calling the hotel and them agreeing to reverse the charges."
