Gathering Oaks Retreat is located on 30 acres just outside of Waco and 15 minutes to Magnolia Market and downtown attractions. This is the perfect country escape after a busy day in town. Decorated with a fresh modern-rustic vibe, The Gathering House will include a newly renovated kitchen with a huge butcher block island for central gathering. The 41-foot enclosed patio features solid windows that frame the serenity of the property with sky-high live oaks. Each bedroom has luxurious linens, fresh decorations and is very clean! There are 4 full baths and 1 additional half bath upstairs.

Other guests may be on the property and have access to the courtyards, fire pits, and pool area. There are washers, ping pong, corn-hole, giant jenga, plus a seasonal pool for your enjoyment.

The Gathering House is usually only rented within a one month window based upon availability and seasonality.     Family Christmas

    This place was amazing! We had our family Christmas there and our family had a blast! Kids had plenty to do with outdoor activities. Everything was clean and went beyond our expectations. Rebecca was great as she went above and beyond as we left a suitcase behind. We will definitely be back

    We had the most amazing family reunion...it was simply perfect. And so much of that is because of Lacy and her Gathering Oaks Retreat. Where can I start? Rooms and homes were gorgeous, clean, impeccably designed. Grounds were well groomed, pleasant, relaxing, fun. There was enough to do just on the property that we barely had to leave for a week. Pool, firepit, tennis court, playground, horses nearby, etc. Lacy was super nice and always looking to make sure we were happy. Top rating, we hope to be back...

    Property is absolutely gorgeous! Everything you need to have a wonderful trip. We so enjoyed sitting around the fire pit under the beautiful oaks. The management team was very helpful to work with. Just a wonderful experience!

    Operation Graduation!!

    We came to celebrate our daughters college graduation and had a marvelous time! The property was perfect and accommodated all of our family and friends. The outdoor area was perfect for entertaining just the way we like it! So many fun things to keep everyone occupied! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses and flatware! The beds in each room sooooo comfortable! We will definitely be back!!

    Our GoGirls Retreat of 4 women wanted a large home to keep social distance and have our own bedroom and bath. This home was perfect! We had lots of room to enjoy and activity outside.
