Monte da Tarouca || Puro Alentejo

Located in the north-east of Alentejo, in the village of Crato, district of Portalegre, Mount Tarouca is one of the most pleasant destinations to enjoy a few days of rest! Monte da Tarouca is a family home that has been a holiday home for almost 20 years. It has created a passionate house for a winners' house (named after the Alentejo farm workers), an unforgettable place to spend great weekends and a well deserved vacation!Mount Tarouca, has a typical rustic house and Alentejo, the main house. The living room, part that most characterizes this house, is extremely fantastic, with an exit to the pool and the porch, an Alentejo fireplace and a library. Some of the rooms offer a direct exit to the swimming pool, enjoying an exceptional view that reaches the village of Crato. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to prepare meals and is equipped with all the appliances necessary for your stay.
This house has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom to support the latter two.
Already in the complementary house, dubbed the Don Carlos hall, we can find a room and Kitchenette together, and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both supported by a private bathroom.
Outside, in addition to the 12 hectares of property, where you can enjoy the pure nature and take a walk, we also have a porch where you can dine, either at dawn or in the company of a fantastic sunset. Mount Tarouca has a magnificent swimming pool to cool off in the hottest days, a tennis court for sports and for those who are nature lovers, some farm animals, including horses and a riding ring for them.
