The nicest 3-star hotel I have visited in Crans-Montana by far. Tastefully renovated, mixed with some older elements in a charming and stylish way. Attentive staff. High ceilings in the room, proper curtains to block out the sunshine, fully renovated bathrooms with toilet separate from shower, and fluffy duvets on a comfy bed. Not to mention the amazing view.

Ski getaway

Absolutely wonderful place to call home for a ski vacation. Outstanding continental breakfast, great on-site restaurant, super clean, incredibly friendly staff. Ski and boot storage, and the free in town bus stop is 100 steps away.

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and enjoyable. Especially Corinne and Nadine and Miguel. The place is remarkably well kept. Everyone greeted me to enjoy myself. We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains.

We came for the 1st of Aug with my wife and 5 month baby. Great hotel 10 mins walk from the center and super friendly staff, and baby cot was already in our room. We will come back for sure! than you

Beautiful Hotel with outdated room

Room 112 not to recommend, thick and stuffy air quality without a view. Better pay more to get an upgrade. Shower head is broken and does Not stay in its position. Hotel itself is beautiful and the pool / staff is great

I didn’t like the room at all. It is horrible. The heater in the bathroom where you hang the towels was really dirty . I had to clean it myself to be able to put there a cloth that I washed. The service of the lady at the breakfast was the only highlight. She smiled at me and was nice.
