In the resort 300 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 900 m from the lake, 800 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Public car park at 200 m, extra. Shop 400 m, supermarket 450 m, restaurant 400 m, bakery 450 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Victoria" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 800 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.6 km, lake Grenon 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, skisport facilities 800 m, ice rink 600 m. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay 28.2 km, Alaïa Club 6 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Moubra 1.6 km, Etang Long 2.1 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Ro 3.8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

L'appartement est magnifique, récemment innové. Très bien aménagé, il ne manque rien ,du côté cuisine . Très propre de bon confort , excellente literie. Une terrasse Très grande confortable . Immeuble bien situé, non loin du centre tout en étant da s une rue non passante, donc très calme .
