I was not happy with the fact there was trash in the stair way. The towels had holes in them. I had to ask for a proper towel twice. The doors are dirty. And the breakfast food was not fresh. Very unhappy stay will not stay there again.

Room was very clean and comfortable for the three of us. Loved that my room had a kitchen with good size refrigerator. Laundry facilities on another floor was very convenient for us too.

We burnt microwave popcorn and got an immediate phone call and staff check to make sure we were ok. Very attentive which we appreciated. We used to stay here but had moved across the street to Staybridge, this is definitely nicer with larger rooms. We will be back for sure.

Easy to get to, just off the main highway. Plenty of free parking in a lovely area. Felt safe there but not very quiet, due to the busy highway close by. However, it was very quiet inside the hotel and in our room. The hotel was very clean and staff were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Elevator really shows its age but our room was wonderful and modern. We stayed in room 235 which was a 2 bed, 2 bath suite. We loved our 3 night stay there. Beds were comfy, etc. It had all the comforts of home. Even has a fireplace. TV's in seating area and in both bedrooms. Full kitchen with everything you could need for preparing your own meals. Very good breakfast included, which is very convenient for us!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

The building looks new but inside the room is old. You can smell the odor when entering the room every time. The pet fee $100 is way too much which is higher than the other same level inns that I ever stayed in, and those inns are more newer from outside to inside that they only charge $75! The only highlight point is there are two bedrooms in our suite and each bedroom has a bathroom.

We used pull out couch bed and the extra sheets we had looked like they weren’t cleaned, one of the rooms we had smelled weird as well and I kept sneezing as if the carpets weren’t cleaned

We were here for a private event at the BAPS Robbinsville Akshardham. The property had kitchen and it was very convenient to drive back and forth from the Akshardham Mandir. The only issue we had was the bathroom drain not functioning properly when the water was running. We had informed them but no one took care of that. We stayed a week at this property. Next time too we will stay here but make sure the water drains fine in the shower.

Never Again!
It was so bad!!! We went there to rest and for college visits. The hotel is noisy and the room was full of bugs(mosquitoes) that bite me day and night! The breakfast was horrible! The eggs are mushy and nasty! No pancake or waffle maker. They have a premade waffle with loads of sugar, you will end up leaving there with diabetes. They really have nothing good to offer. The pull out bed is so thin, you will literally be sleeping on the spring and wake up with body pains. The pillows gave us neck and shoulder pain. The toilet is horrible, got clogged first thing in the morning. We had to call front desk for help. They said they would come but never did and it was Morning! We needed to use the bathroom so we called again and the girl brought a plunger and we had to work it ourselves! Horrible! The rooms are outdated. The coffee is NasTy! They don't even have green tea, like what! Bushes there are overgrown. The fitness center has a bunch of outdated machines you would not even want to use. No food or store is close by, only one Dunkin. Plus in the end, there were so many hidden fees that put us over the rooftop in credit card charges! Such a waste of time and money. Never again! Residence Inn has always been a hit or miss that is why I avoid them.

I had to sleep on the sofa because the mattress had a huge brown stain on it. The room was not clean and very unsanitary. I’d like a call from Expedia.
