"Our only negative is the location of the property on a major road... difficult to get out with the traffic. Otherwise this house is a gem and the reviews do it justice - spacious, well appointed, everything you need, great for visiting surrounding areas. "The room was fairly clean, nothing special and dated,the carpet could do with a shampoo, bathroom old and tiered. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was very good and value for money, lots of dogs as dog friendly. Outside back garden was nice with the lovely lake ,plenty of outside seating.the A2 is right beside the hotel, noisy, but the double glazing is good and couldn't hear it when the window was closed."
