"I only stayed 2 nights but every time I visit Bournemouth in the future I certainly will stay at the Hilton. From the moment of arrival to leaving the staff were all very pleasant, always willing to help. Great tasting food. The room a standard room was really nice. Good size and very clean. "Hotels can always be a little noisy but when You allocate famalies with small children.in the rooms above single rooms it's not exceptable to be woke up at 5 am in the morning with childen stomping about on the floor and having to phone reception to complain .maybe just a thought on your part would make the stay more pleasurable Sincerely Anthony room 39"

"Absolutely no amenities. Breakfast is at the hotel next door. The pool is the hotel next door. No phone in the room to contact reception. Power outlet by the bed is not standard. Shower was a trickle in the morning. "

"A lovely hotel and very accommodating. They were happy to store my bike for me overnight and looked after my bag before and after check in. A great selection on the tea tray and a lovely touch with the radio in the room playing classical music when I arrived. It was a relaxing stay"
