"The general cleanliness and condition of this hotel was poor. The floor of the room was sloping and was quite dissorientating when walking into the bathroom. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was stained and looked unclean. The wastebin looked very poor with a rusted lid. Bathroom floor not very clean and the grouting was missing from the corners of the bath. The paint was peeling of the inside of the windowsill. In the room, the kettle was grubby and had to be washed before use, the glasses also had greasy prints on them and also had to be washed before use. The headboard was marked (small tears). The towels and bed linen were clean and we had a comfortable nights sleep. Certainly not worth the money we paid, and as it is, we cannot recommend staying here. On a plus, the staff were very polite and accommodating. "

"Lovely cottage and well equipped. It was warm, cosy and in a farm setting. Delicious, welcoming 'dark sky' pack with Welsh products. Location was perfect to explore the Brecon Beacons and easy run into Cardiff. Would definitely return. "
