Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham
Room was lovely. We paid for breakfast but then changed our mind and they reimbursed us easily for it. The pool was a bit disappointing since there were classes on so it was noisy but we still enjoyed the swim/ hot tub. Thank you.

The building is absolutely stunning, especially lit up with Christmas lights. Every staff member was incredibly polite, even the boy mopping the floors was happy to answer questions. Good quality and comfortable accommodation with lake view, serviced daily. Ample parking close to accommodation. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Afternoon Tea was superb!
