"It was a good place to stay"

"Property not ready for guests. The oven and stove did not work. None of the outlets in the kitchen area worked. TVs in main room didn’t work. Lights in main room didn’t work. Refrigerator was filled with dozens of grapefruit, per hostess, had been in there for weeks, thus the smell. The air conditioner in the main living area didn’t work, so the host brought in a big portal air unit that had to sit in the middle of the living room. I question whether the unit had been cleaned since the last guest ( per the host the last guest was more than two months prior) since there were still dishes in strainer and coffee grounds in the coffee pot. And while the host did attempt to fix some of the issues, there wasn’t a since of urgency. The only thing that really was corrected was the host did get a few lights working in the main living area on night 2. "

"We stayed for 6 days, my son loved the breakfast waffles, hotel is being remodelled and we watch it improve in real time ( fresh painted walls, bathroom dispensers, landscaping outside) Tania at the Front desk was always helpful, super quick when I needed to extend our stay and kept the lobby area clean and welcoming. "

"Not much of a selection for breakfast. I Have a 4lb dog and seemed a little high for the extra charge per night. Room was good. There is no coffee maker in room, so that was disappointing. A/C was ice cold. So all in all was a nice getaway."
