"Hotel is elegant and well decorated. The a/c in my room wasn’t cooling to the temp I wanted and 1 stop at the front desk and it was fixed immediately! I expected better quality paper items and towels. Bed linens were fine."

"Couldn't work TV had to have Maintenance set it to the channel we wanted. Wifi wouldn't connect without signing up for Choice Honors Breakfast ended at 9:AM So we got Nothing Plus the Pool was broken. This was the 2nd Clairion in a row that we will not go back to."
