The place is great! Good kitchen and pool. It’s a quiet and very pretty habitacion. Staff really helpful and nice. Check-in infos on point. Superior Double Room, 2 Twin Beds is big great for one or 2, even for 3 friends with the hammock in the room (I don’t know if they allow) Great bathroom. Mini-mini fridge. Stayed 4 nights. In the moment, probably short, wake up at 8:45 after small maintenance/paint starts on the other side of the wall (28/04/2024). 15 min walk to the sea. Bike rental on spot 200pesos 9to6. Water to refill bottle 5pesos. All around many restaurants and street food, big market 2 blocks open late. Would definitely come again.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Quiet, safe, clean, and relaxing. About a 10min walk to the center and ocean. The owners were so warm and welcoming, they gave great recommendations for excursions and local food spots. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Celeste and Caribo staff for everything

WE HAD THE TOP FLOOR SUITE WHICH WAS A GOOD SIZE WITH A KITCHEN. WE HAD OUR OWN PRIVATE TERRACE JUST OUTSIDE OUR ROOM. THE PLACE WAS VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND GREAT STAFF ESPECIALLY CELESTE WHO RESPONDED TO OUR NEEDS QUICKLY.WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE HIGHLY.

We stayed for 3 weeks. We were family and friends in different room. All of them with different size and amenities. But most important is we slept well, hot water, good AC. We loved the share kitchen and area to eat. The gym was in front of the street, restaurant just everywhere and grocery at walking distance. I will definitely rent again at this place because I loved the location and I adored the staff!!! Really Celeste and the cleaning ladies they were so very nice. I recommend

I have never stayed at a hostel style property before where there are shared spaces like the kitchen and common areas….but now having stayed here I prefer the hostel style of living over a hotel

I had a wonderful stay of 10 nights. Great service from Jorge, Celeste, Lipan, and Carmen. They made me feel very welcome. I really enjoyed the shared kitchen, which allowed me to cook myself breakfast early in the day. Many good restaurants in the area.

I recommend this place if you're a budget traveler. Super clean and safe. Celeste is an amazing host. Super comfy bed and AC worked great! The toilet had a bidet!!! Even 5 star hotels dont even have that. I recommended the 1 bedroom apartment (I just wish there is an AC in the living area- for this room only bedroom has an AC). Overall an amazing place.

Good place!
Everything was great except WiFi. Really spotty. If you are not considered about WiFi it's a great place for your buck and really nice location. Close to farry (10-15 min walk) and just out of the busy tourists zone.

This was my second stay in 5 weeks, the place has a great vibe and the staff are excellent. Easy check in and check out. Love the dipping pool, the different sitting areas and the fully equipped shared kitchen. Celeste will definitely ensure your stay is everything you want it to be. I'll definitely be staying at the Caribo again soon.

The AC worked like a charm for the hot summer days while we were in Cozumel. Lots of charm with nice seating areas and a kitchen to make small meals and coffee/tea. Taxis arrive after calling within 3-5 min and close to the center of town.

This property is unique and I loved the vibe here. Celeste is just incredibly helpful and so nice. She helped me with rentals and helped me plan how I spent my days. It was just everything I needed and more for a relaxing few days. I’ve already booked another trip back.

Caribo Cozumel is well maintained and clean. The staff are great and attended to our room each day. There was a fresh brewed coffee every morning in the shared kitchen - which is very much appreciated. The manager - Celeste does a great job, she was timely in her communications before arrival and attentive to detail through your stay. There are lots of authentic places to eat close by and Caribo is within easy walking to the airport, supermarkets and coast.

Caribo Cozumel is a wonderful guest house , close to the center and quiet . We loved our stay ( 12 days) excellent coffee in the morning, room was cleaned everyday , and the terrace with tables to have breakfast was a major plus . Celeste gave up great advice on where to go and made our stay even more enjoyable!! 10/10

Eco-friendly and hip place to stay
Very clean and comfortable. A small refreshing pool is all you need. Very well designed and styled. Feels like you are staying in a family home. Serene garden. Coffee and water provided. Good AC and newer windows and doors keep the street sounds out. Located near schools. Perfect if you want to become more familiar with the culture in Cozumel. Small restaurants and a supermarket close by. Scooter parking available and taxis pass by. We will go back here on our next trip!

Our superior apartment was just that. Very nice, lots of room. Just perfect for our 2 week stay. Living room/Dining room combo plus a kitchen and bedroom with an attached bathroom with a shower. We had a large refrigerator, induction hotplate and coffee pot. There is no microwave. There is microwave in the communal kitchen downstairs. We were able to purchase 5 gallon bottles of water for 40 pesos and the staff delivered it to the room. The bed was very comfortable. There is a TV in the LR with cable, but only spanish language. There is a small balcony with a view of the beautiful flowers. We were concerned about street noise but it was not a problem. The staff was so nice and friendly and we had daily maid service.

We actually did not stay, in fact we left even though we did not get refunded. There was no parking on the property though it was advertised to have this. Pictures of the property show coffee maker and microwave in room, this was not the case. There was a shared kitchen as advertised but it was tiny, only 1 or 2 people at the most could be in there. From the pool you look directly 4 feet into someone’s bedroom. The window in the bathroom had no coverings and looked out into a common hallway. The owner said the property was misrepresented by Expedia, not them. For us, this was not what we were looking for. We did not stay but this is what we saw as we walked through the property

We show you that you were wrong with what you expected from the property and that everything was correctly indicated. The issue is that many people, instead of reading carefully before booking, are only looking for prices and good comments. But finally you decide to post a bad comment and harm a small company that with a lot of effort try to maintain a business without even trying our services.I feel sorry for you because you missed out on an excellent experience at Caribo Cozumel Guest House. All our guests think the oposite as you can see in most of our comments.

Caribo was a beautiful little spot in midtown Cozumel. Not only was the facility clean with great amenities, but Jorge and Carolina were super accommodating in arranging scooter rental, snorkel tours, and anything else that I needed. The coffee was really good, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the location was great.

Nice good place. Friendly people. They try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. But i have to warn you about internet. If you plan to work online it may not be the best option. Every single day had problems.
