The elevators. We’re not working waited 1 hour to go Down. I had to use the stairs as well with kids and stroller, not that great experiencia, pool hours are not open as it shows online ones i finally found it open some Area where close . Staff where great they did what was on their hands to be able to help out. Room was clean .

The room had good tech, but didn’t work all that well. The pool was great, chill vibe. Don’t bother to tip the front desk as they were not that helpful, or willing to upgrade anything. Just a basic check in… but they are more than willing to take the $50 tip up front.
