The house has two bedrooms for your comfort:

- Bedroom 1:
It is equipped with a double bed, providing a spacious and comfortable area for two people. It also features a spacious closet so you can organise your belongings efficiently, and a large window that lets in natural light, creating a cosy atmosphere.


- Bedroom 2:
It features a queen-size bed, perfect for one person or two children. The room is decorated in a simple yet elegant style and includes a nightstand and a spacious closet.

- Additional:
In the living room area, there is a single-size fold-out bed, ideal for an additional guest. This bed can be easily stowed away to maximise living room space during the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas are located in the car park and the main garden. Please use the provided ashtray and avoid discarding cigarette butts on the ground or among the plants, as this helps keep the premises clean and orderly.

- 🚫 Parties and Events:
Parties or events of any kind are not permitted inside the residence. This rule ensures that all guests can enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

- 🙅 Visitors:
Visitors not included in the original reservation are not permitted without prior notification and approval. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and privacy of all residents and to prevent any inconvenience.

🛏️ Use of the Rooms.

- Food and Drink Consumption:
The consumption of food and drinks inside the rooms is not permitted. This measure helps maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the facilities.

- Use of Towels:
Please avoid using towels to wipe off makeup or any substance that could leave permanent stains. We recommend using specific makeup remover products.

🐶 Pet Policies😺

- Pets:
Pets must remain outside the property unless they have a certificate designating them as service animals or emotional support animals. In that case, they may enter the house, but with certain restrictions. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. We recommend bringing a blanket for your pet to help prevent unexpected accidents. The owner or person responsible for the pet will be held liable for any damage or disruption the pet may cause to the property.

Please note that the wood-burning heater is currently out of service. Therefore, it must not be used under any circumstances. The use of inoperative heating systems can pose a significant safety risk.
