"My husband and I had an amazing time! The area was beautiful! We literally had everything we could possibly need! We wanted a little getaway from our kiddos and it was perfect. "3rd times a charm! This was our 3rd time staying in this townhome. It has truly been our home away from home when we visit our son at college. It’s a perfect place to let him come and relax and be with family. I would never stay in a hotel when this townhouse has everything we need and the space to be together. We got take out from Capris and La Paz and watched March Madness on the nice size tv in the comfortable Living Room. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Spartanburg."

"The cabin was clean and well laid out. Plenty of necessaries if you wanted to cook. Coming in I would’ve appreciated Better signage at the road, but knowing now it is part of a larger property under construction. Still a nice view and the construction did not interfere with my stay. This was a cozy cabin and I would stay there again."

"This was my first RV VRBO stay and I really enjoyed it. The hosts were very easy to work with and answered all my questions before and during the stay. The RV was spacious and spotless. I was in the area for a horse show at Tryon and found the drive was easy back and forth. I would recommend this property."

"We were in town for our daughters horse show at TIEC. The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed. The inside of the cabin of very clean. The only suggestion I have is for the porch area to be a little more clean. I swept up several piles of leaves. And the black and yellow tote was messy looking. The light on the walk way closest to the parking needs to be replaced."

"The property was found as presented in the listing, and the Property Manager was available for any questions. The stay was pleasant, but with one caveat for those that vacation with the intent to lounge around. There are no good places to sit comfortably with a family. The only soft surface seating is a smallish 3 seater couch. With a family of 4 someone was always sitting in a kitchen chair before just wandering back to lay in a bed and play on a personal device. "Bed was clean and both mattress and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom tub, toilet and sink area was clean. Bathroom floor looked like it needed a little extra cleaning. I know it can be difficult for housekeeping staff to view the room from the bathtub and toilet but if so, it would be good to do that because that is what your guest see. We had the King suite and we loved how spacious it was and the additional seating in the room was great. Overall definitely worth the affordable price."
