"The hotel was overall decent with the exception of the bedding and loud air condition making noise which interrupted our sleep. The mattresses should be changed out because it sinked in the middle preventing a good night sleep and rest.I enjoyed the surroundings, especially the number of restaurants in the area and the Wolfchase Mall nearby. This hotel, in my opinion, could be an upscale hotel if these issues were addressed and maintaining the current value. We did not talk to the employees other than in the breakfast area and front desk, they were friendly."

"We stayed for two nights while we visited friends in Memphis. The day was absolutely perfect! Our room was clean and the AC was cold, which we appreciated during the heat wave! Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. We didn’t want for one thing. Parking was ample, and everyone was super friendly. Location is really convenient and safe. Having a target, Walmart, and other choices just within minutes of us was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a great time we was traveling 4 a sad event and they let the kids enjoy themselves walking around and showing them everything. My mother and I got rooms right across hall and beside elevators, we have bad backs. It was the nicest 1 we have stayed at .and dove shampoos and conditioning and lotion which is my fave staff was nice and breakfast was good ty planning on staying again my next trip"

"The property is clean and freshly remodeled and roomy. The beds and bedding comfortable and the large tvs in all 4 bedroom a nice touch. It's in a quiet location in rural Covington. It is quite close to the road and locals who know the road travel fast..watch the little ones closely. Cons the bedrooms are very large with a bed, night stand and hanging TV.No place to put yr belo gings except hanging in closet or on the floor. That is hard for some people. With those small issues I still give it a 5 rating and stay there again."
