Nice hotel but a little disappointing

Hotel looks beautiful from the outside and the rooms are fairly new. But there were a few glitches like there was no wifi in the rooms even though it was stated several times on Expedia that there was in room wifi. There was no phone in the room so if you needed anything you had to leave your room and walk across the street to the other half of the hotel where the reception desk was. I noticed the side of our sheets on the bed appeared a little dirty but ignored it, however was very irritated when after 2 days of being there they did not clean our room that day even after we asked the manager for the cleaning staff to clean our room. Finally at night we asked them again and they told us they didn’t have any clean towels to give us. The cleaning staff basically didn’t seem to enthusiastic about cleaning but we did end up finally getting clean sheets and 1 clean towel. Also breakfast was not included which is very rare for Colombia. They also didn’t “allow” us to drink our own alcohol on the beach which is also something I’ve never heard of in Colombia. Property was undergoing renovations also so perhaps explains the no wifi. The staff in the kitchen and by the beach were very friendly and helpful so we give them a 10! Overall reasonable price for a busy holiday period and pleasant property but just some things to be aware of.

Linda las instalaciones, la piscina, la zona de descanso, el desayuno. La atención del personal de recepción no es buena. Se supone que si hago una reserva directamente con el hotel la tarifa mejora queria quedarme dos noches mas, me fui para el hotel del lado.

Un hotel perverso

La atención desde el inicio fue terrible mal informados del sistema del sitio en donde me Hicieron la reserva me bloquearon la reserva sin yo haberla cancelado y me dejaron casi que tener que buscar por mi propia cuenta una nueva opción de hotel eso no se hace y no tuvieron penalidad alguna y cuando uno cancela una reserva a uno si lo penalizan

They canceled my reservation without telling me.And i found out when i got there.Staff was not friendly.The Shower water was salty,Leaking bathroom ceiling.I finally stayed for one night and the charged me $49 When through expidia was $45 for 3 nights.Towels you have to go to the reception way across the street.Both of my towels were wet and they acted like they didnt want to give me a third towel.

Hola en si las instalaciones estan bien mi habitacion el baño se inundaba y llovio en la noche y se inundo toda la habitacion, el restaurante, muy alto los costos en relacion con la calidad de la comida, el desayuno incluido deja mucho que desear, no es bueno.

Hotel en muy buena ubicación, limpio y confortable

Hotel con acceso directo a la playa, bien ubicado y aseado, piscinas siempre en buen estado, por mejorar la atención en el restaurante ya que no se le puede llamar buffet al estilo de servir la comida la cual no es variada (tres días el mismo desayuno) y el personal de esa área no es muy atento. En general una estadía tranquila y cómoda. Gracias

1-We stayed in a new building, but this do not have internet as offered. 2-We ordered a Hamburger in the restaurant and the waiter tells us that they do not have hamburger service for that night, but then we observed some customers with burgers.. 3- Great customer services at Beach area 4-Hotel has exit to the own beach .

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand von Coveñas. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ebenso wie die Cocktails sind sehr gut und auch günstig. Das Zimmer in dem ich untergebracht war, war sehr einfach ausgestattet, es fehlt an Ablagemöglichkeiten und auch das Bad bedarf einer Modernisierung, jedoch war alles sehr sauber.
