"I like how the room was bigger than most rooms. I didn’t like the bathroom door. It was double doors. There were no safe in the closet like most hotels. The breakfast was the same every day. After the 3rd day I was done. I stayed there for 6 days. I appreciate the free food but it wasn’t enough. The staff were nice. But what really upset me was the roaches!!!! I found one in my little bag on the floor with my flip flops and my husband also saw one. The doors to the rooms have a big space so I’m assuming they came in that way. Smh."

"The front desk clerk saw us and another couple in line waiting to check in and didn’t even acknowledge us. She was talking to another person. Later that same evening my husband and I were returning from dinner and noticed suspicious activity in the parking lot. We didn’t feel safe and the desk personnel weren’t concerned. "

"I checked in at 9 pm on 4/25/26. While we were sleeping at about 2:30 am a male entered our room. I jumped up to protect myself and ran him out the room. The front desk claims it was an accident and he was given our same room. It was a terrifying experience in the middle of the night. Management offered a half hearted apology and that was it. No phones in the room. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. I am very skeptical this was an accident!"

"Everything was mostly fine and the lady at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. My only two complaints were that the pool surface was extremely rough to walk on, and also it looks like someone threw a bunch of rocks in the pool and no one ever came to clean them out. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud! Which made it impossible to sleep without the tv on or some other type of white noise."
