I asked for a peppermint tea bag and an extra bottle of water in the afternoon which never arrived, then I asked the cleaning lady again, they ended sending me all the other types of tea bags I did not need. The young lady at the reception also seems inexperienced, she shows willingness to help earnestly, however she did not remember that she promised to send some ice to our room which never happened. Alas, otherwise our experience would have been very good!

Room was lovely, spacious, beds and pillows were perfect. Dont know if we couldnt figure out the coffee machine or if it wasnt working properly, wouldnt fill up a cup. And didnt get hand soap until the last day.
