Cute and cozy property. Room was very well decorated, clean and with modern feel. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and the ice cream shop! The suite is elevated giving a nice view of the town and provides a nice beeze. Nice to have a mini fridge with an actual freezer section. Easy communications with management.

The location was perfect for settling into Coupeville. The view is great and it is a short walk to the wharf. The apartment was very well appointed and comfy.

Such a comfortable and cute place to stay just a street over from the waterfront!

I booked this for my son and his partner (both in their 30's) and it was perfect. They enjoyed walking and exploring the stores and restaurants. We also spent time in the unit relaxing and playing board games and it was very comfortable for the four of us.

Perfect Location

Very comfortable room with a beautiful view and only one block away from the waterfront. Easy walking to restaurants, shops, and the wharf. The only minor negative was that the street was busy most of the night and traffic noise was a pesky issue when sleeping with the window open. But we will still be returning next summer!

Inexpensive & Location, Location, Location

I've stayed in this VRBO twice now over the last year while I had to handle business on the island. It's perfectly centrally located on the island just north of Greenbank where I need to be. Lots of amenities close by including downtown Coupeville. Great restaurants, nice locals, and quiet which was what I was looking for. Very clean, spacious, and had everything one or two people would need.

The perfect spot to stay in Coupeville!

After staying six nights in Suite #1, we can confidently recommend it as the perfect spot to stay in Coupeville. The accommodations themselves were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was large with good water pressure (and 2 shower heads!), and our deck was such a nice place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and the lovely view of Penn Cove. We really enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets we could see from our windows. The location is so close to everything: just a block to Front Street and steps away from a number of delicious restaurants and cute shops.
