"If you are looking for a luxury, private getaway that feels like a five star resort, you found it! Polaris Point on the Cove exceeded our expectations, providing enough room to spread out, multiple gathering areas, high-end finishes, tasteful furniture and decor, beautiful views, access to Lake Murray, one of the nicest pools that I have ever seen, and the coolest carriage house with private bedroom/kitchenette upstairs and pool cabana/bar area downstairs. The house is well equipped, immaculate, and included thoughtful touches - coffee bar stock with Keurig pods, snacks in the pantry that got my kids by until we made it to the grocery store, a nice collection of puzzles and board games, outdoor grill and pizza oven, amazing massage chair, air hockey and basketball for the kids (when they weren’t swimming in the pool)! The mattresses and bedding were plush and extremely comfortable! And, wow, the workout room is awesome, with two full walls of windows that overlook the pool and lake! I also enjoyed the quiet street with lake views, on which the home is located. I took several peaceful walks during our stay. And lastly, I would like to mention our host, Bob… He was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. He seemed to genuinely care about our experience and was very responsive to any questions. We had a fabulous stay and will certainly be back again!"

"Really great location and view. We loved the screened in porch and lake access. Bonus that they provided SUPs and kayaks. We worked from the house and the WiFi worked well. Cottage is on the small side but worked well for 2 couples. We encountered a few bugs which is probably expected when you are on a lake. Owner was very responsive."

"This property was perfect for our family. The view from the dock alone is priceless. Our 8 y/o enjoyed the pirate ship playground, and our whole family loved swimming, fishing and kayaking off the dock. Rooms were nice with comfy beds, and the bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen appliances were a bit dated, but fine for simple cooking. In the evenings, we enjoyed watching movies in the living room with unobstructed views of the lake. Very convenient to Chapin restaurants. We didn’t want to leave, but will definitely be back soon! Thank you for sharing this lovely home! "
