Laundry is the best. Room was spacious and we had everything we needed. It’s just the moldy smell inside the bathroom. It was clean and can’t see any mold but the smell was there. We had to turn on the exhaust fan for a while and yet every time we entered bathroom, we could still smell it. Other that that, it was great.

Great location! We were able to walk to many areas we were interested in. So many options for restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean, safe, wonderful team members and had many amenities.

We loved our room the bathing and the whole vibe the most of all our trips in Japan. But the food/ dining area could be brought up to the level of everything else. Thank you !
