The property sits on a large private lot w plenty of boat & trailer parking, making it ideal for lake trips, fishing tournaments, & weekend getaways. Conveniently close to local favorites—5 mins to Freddy T’s, 10 mins to The Outpost, & 1 minute to a Mexican restaurant. Paper mill & Co-op contractor Friendly!

    This home features two private bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation after a day on the lake. Both rooms include comfortable beds with fresh linens, nightstands, lamps, and space to unpack. Each bedroom has its own door for privacy, making this an ideal setup for families, two couples, or friends traveling together. The layout offers easy access to the bathroom and living areas while still giving everyone their own quiet retreat.

The Pickwick Perch was an excellent choice for a little weekend getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation. Super cute set up with all the needed necessities. Full well equipped kitchen and dining area. The space and layout was very open and inviting. Everything was clean and tidy. The waffle towels in the bathroom were amazing and a great touch lol. It’s the small things sometimes. Very quiet and relaxing place. The host Robert was super friendly and very responsive. Overall 10/10 stay. Highly recommend staying at the Pickwick perch!!!
