"Magical mountain lodge. Off-grid, but it has every amenity. Gorgeous views. Remote, private and luxurious. The owners were welcoming and responded immediately to any questions. Kid friendly which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend. Extremely private."

"The Lewis River flows by just outside the door of this marvelous house. The well-stocked kitchen (condiments! Sharp knives! Toaster!) was super nice to use, and stores are a short drive away in Woodland. The homemade salmon dip was amazing! The hosts were friendly and helpful and stayed out of our hair once we checked in. Highly rec."

"We were in town for a wedding and this cabin was great for my husband, adult son, teen son, 2 labs and Me! Trail up hill in back is a thigh burner but a great start to the morning. Dogs were happy roaming the fenced property. Cabin has everything you need although internet is spotty at times. C stores in Cougar have are stocked if you forgot something, only 1.5 mile away. Resort restaurant (Log Fir?) has EXCELLENT food. Burgers were delicious, chili cheese fries amazing and my husband had stew, which he loved. Highly recommend this vrbo if looking for a place to stay in the area."
