"From the moment my partner and I entered the hotel, the staff greeted us with friendly demeanor. This made us feel immediately comfortable and at ease throughout our five-day stay. Although we encountered a minor issue with an amenity, it was resolved right away, ensuring a seamless experience. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this hotel!"
"Beautifully appointed rooms and the food in the restaurant is excellent. This is a can't miss lovely hotel in downtown Portland. There is also a light rail stop very close which we used after returning a rental car to the airport. The light rail is very user friendly. We just had to tap a credit card and were able to board and ride to downtown for $2.80. This hotel is also a great location. It is very close to the rose garden, Japanese garden and the art museum which were all excellent. The art museum has a small European collection but had work by many masters including Monet and Van Gogh."
"The check in process was amazing. The staff held my bag and set me up with the text message when my room was ready. The room was clean and had one of the best showers that I've seen in a hotel. "
"We had one issue, the shower water was scorching hot and unable to adjust with control handles. Room was clean as expected and staff was helpful and kind
