As the name would suggest, this hotel caters primarily to oil workers. For other travelers it's a mixed bag. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet, but the bathroom had seen better days and breakfast is only served from 5am to 8am. After driving all day the previous day, we weren't prepared to get up that early. Staff were very friendly.

My truck broke down in March 2024 and I have to stay at Petro Stay. Very nice and cozy hotel. The manager John, an amazing guy, receptionists are very courteous, they even keep some ibuprofen and things like that in case you have a headache or fever. It’s clean and no bad odors like in other hotels. Breakfast is great!. Very good price. Thanks Petro Stay!

My husband and I always come to this hotel. This time when we went the friendly man is no longer there as we were told by the not so friendly lady working at the desk. She had a flat affect and no smiles. The night clerk was the most friendly. The property is still in good condition

Very clean and comfortable place. My husband and I come to this area for a hunt. This is our 3rd time coming here. The price is reasonable, and the staff is friendly and informative.
