This was our second time renting this home and we love it. It is cute, clean and private in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to old town Cottonwood with all the ameties you could want.
Simple, basic in town cottage, quiet neighborhood, with superior cleanliness, outstanding host, covered front porch for morning coffee and evening beverage was especially enjoyable, great center for jaunts to Clarkdale, Jerome, Cornville, Page Springs, Sedona, Flagstaff, historical places, Verde River adventures. Would recommend and plan to return.
This little home in Cottonwood is a perfect place for a get-a-way. It’s immaculate. The kitchen has all the right necessities. The bed is comfy. It’s a quick walk to Old Town. The owner is very helpful. Just perfect!
Loved this little cottage minutes from Main Street
My wife and I had an amazing time at this quaint little cottage off Main Street. It was a 5 minute walk to the main strip in town. When we were ready for a break from wine tasting, we got to enjoy the beautiful weather on the front porch. The place was well-cleaned when we arrived, and everything was very cozy. I would definitely look for this place during my next trip to Cottonwood.
Perfect little cottage for 2. Quiet and location great for Old Town shopping. Close to train station. Relaxing, very enjoyable. Host, “Stephen “ was always a quick response.
Set in laid back, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Old Town Cottonwood and local trails. Friendly neighbors and dogs around. The drive to the Red Rock trails is short if you avoid peak hiking hours! Cottonwood has everything you need minus the Sedona crowd. This place has all the basics for a comfortable stay.
My wife and I enjoyed our weekend getaway at this cozy cottage in a great location - just a short walk to downtown Cottonwood shops and restaurants. Everything went smooth in terms of communication and the place was comfortable - enjoyed relaxing and watching Netflix. Would definitely recommend!
Great location to Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome and more.
Great little bungalow with everything we could need. And added light by mailbox would be nice added feature, for when you're walking home from main street night. You can't beat the proximity to shops and restaurants in Old Town with this property.
Very nice, clean and well appointed house close to Old Town Cottonwood. Stephen was very quick to respond to all questions. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
The only thing I had to purchase that was missing, were coffee filters!! Every other basic amenity was provided. Great location within short walking distance to Main St. restaurants and bars, including Fojol Bros., my son's restaurant and bar.

Good Place But Not For Long Stays
Long stay here April and May 2021. There are some nice things about this cottage. It's quiet and it's in a good central location close to old town. But there were some things that negatively affected the quality of my stay. First of all, the "laundry room" is a separate outdoor "shed" attached to the house. It's kind of a pain to go out there and also it was infested with wasps when I arrived. Stephen's handyman tried to get the door to stay closed, and he sprayed to kill them, but the door still blew open on windy days and it took a while for the wasps to die down. Second, there's only one bedroom and it's small. And there's no dresser drawers to unpack. There's a random filing cabinet in the closet, which I wiped down and used for some clothes, but also with the "wedged" hanger bars, the closet and bedroom are just not the greatest. Third, and most importantly, the internet/wifi was pretty flakey and cut out 3-4 times per day. I know Sparklight has big outages sometimes, but there was also one day where I lost internet for most the day and after I told Stephen he called them and got it working. This was not a major widespread outage like other days, I can't help but wonder if the bill wasn't paid. Because A) I frequently saw notices while browsing and B) The first time I notified Stephen about these notices he thanked me for reminding him to pay the bill. In general, I was just really irked about the flakey internet. When I first contacted Stephen months prior to booking I told him I work remotely and told him how important it was to have fast reliable internet. Whole-day interruptions or even having 3-4 short interruptions per day (which was very common) are not my idea of reliable. Getting disconnected while you are updating your team during a meeting really sucks. Anyways, in summary, like I said there are some things to like about this place but I don't recommend it for long term stays especially if you work remotely and need reliable internet.
The location was perfect about a five minute walk to downtown Cottonwood and about an eight minute drive to Jerome and about an eight minute drive to the Verde Valley railroad. The place was clean and the perfect size for my husband and I.
