Considering the cost of our stay They should have provided plush tiwels and wash clothes. More than just one set should have been provided so we didn't have to reused in the morning. The furnishings were very nice hower a table and two chairs should have been in the room. No hangers were provided in the closet. No place to place towel while in the shower. Water was seen leaking from wall or from floor between toilet and vanity. No alarm or room phone. We were in room #2.

David I wish we could have given you a better lodging experience. We have gone to these hours because of the staffing issues. We do have surveillance in the common areas for safety and we also have security that does check the property hourly.

Very quiet, beautifully appointed room. I did leave a suggestion at the front desk that they need at least one brighter light in there if you wanted to work or read in the evening. Minor complaint, everything else was wonderful and the beds were very comfy.

A really lovely place to stay. Karen was a great hostess, very helpful and kind. One suggestion, a bathmat for the shower would be advisable, as the tub was very slippery, and there were no safety bars; however, we did not request handicap amenities.

Lovely place
We loved it. Beautiful place. Great condition. Will stay again. The only thing was the hot water in shower took about 20 min to get hot. Granted it was 35 degrees outside.

A little noisy early in the evening. No food. Should have something for breakfast instead of one old packaged bakery and apple. Coffee was good.

Pleasant stay
Cleanliness and safety are utmost importance. Cost comes third. The Lodge had high marks on all 3. All of the staff were very friendly and engaging and caring. Better than any place I've stayed in the last 5 years.

Would stay again
The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Only issue was it took a while to get hot water to the walk in shower. Next time we plan to check out the cabins that are available

Rooms in the lodge are huge and incredible nice. Very safe and quiet, easy to find! We came in via gps in the dark with no issues.

Nice but lacking
Nice room but … no place on nightstands to charge phone, only one chair in room, had to run lots of water before the hot water was available, people walking in 2nd floor room sound very loud in first floor room, tv remote did not work to change volume or turn it off or on.

At check in we waited no less than 10 minutes while the staff did shift change paper work in front of us. After driving all day I would have thought the paperwork could wait until after checkin. Then the person on the next shift had no clue how to do the checkin on the computer. Then the printer didn't work until they finally fixed it. Not what I would have expected for $138 per night. Oh yes, no breakfast either. We were the only two in the building that night. No phones in the room so had to go to lobby to get WIFI password or anything else. At 8:00 am next morning no staff to be found for checkout. No one in the building. Would not recommend.

I was looking for a hotel in the area during our drive down to Florida when I happened on the listing for Magnolia Creek. What a great find! If you're looking for a nice, quiet, spacious, clean stay, this is it! The room was very large with high ceilings, exceptionally clean, and had the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced in a hotel. This lodge is on the grounds of a gaming complex (slots, etc.), but is separate from those areas. It is easy to access from the highway. We had a nice meal (pulled pork and chicken/bacon sandwiches at the restaurant attached to the complex, a short walk across the parking lot. We will definitely return on our next trip through the area!

Very nicely placed & decorated. Only thing that disappoints is that the property states it’s a bed & breakfast, but it’s simply a hotel. Walls are also thin. 😳

Overnight stay
Place is very clean and rooms are really spacious. No overnight desk workers. Walls are thin. Could hear the guy next room over snoring, people showering. Could also hear every step taken by those above us. No restaurants that are close by, about a 10 to 15 minute drive to Dothan.

I stayed in the 2br cabin #2 and it was so nice and most importantly SO CLEAN. I felt safe and it was very quiet in the area. Will come back again for sure!

Beautiful brand new property. Manager was there at check-in but others not seen. When finished there will be a casino and huge concert venue. Our room was very nice and whole building beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay there again. Until its finished bring food as no where to eat except casino snack bar.

On our way to Daytona we decided to break our trip in half. This place is awesome. Keeley at the desk was so nice and helpful in anything we needed. Our room was so big and comfortable. Walk in shower is huge, decor of the room was beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was great. Love the secluded area, very private, and not overcrowded. Check in was fast and easy. Has quick access to 231 both north and south. Big spacious rooms and comfortable beds. You can't beat it!!

Nice rooms, clean, neat, fast check in, the manager Kealey is always very friendly and goes above and beyond to help visitors. The whole staff and even the cleaning staff is very hospitable.

VERY PLEASED
The place was very clean, staff friendly and helpful in every way. The peace and quiet is just what we needed. It was close to shopping and various eating place so everyone was able to have what they wanted.

Unexpected gem
What an great place to stay on our way from Memphis to Orlando. Friendly staff (thanks, Lisa!), big, clean, lovely rooms and a quiet location just outside of Dothan. We stayed in the lodge and wish we could have stayed longer as it seemed like staying in the guest room at someone's home.

This was our second stay, and everything was clean, neat, and orderly just as before. This lodge allows us to rest quietly on luxurious beds. It makes quick trips so much better.

Beautiful lodge!!!
This was a really lovely place....quiet and peaceful and the room and lodge were beautiful. The only thing that would have made it better would be if they had tea bags in addition to the coffee both in the room and in the lobby.
