The dead horse ranch only 5minutes away. As well as the amazing old town cottonwood only 5minutes away. We got the Out of Africa Zoo,amazing only 6.7milles
Of course Sedona only 20 minute drive.
You will not regret to stay at this nice and warm house

Great Girls Trip

Property was clean and had the kitchen basics for our meals. The lack of clutter was fantastic as we had an infant crawling around! Nice and affordable place to stay for a weekend getaway!

Wonderful location

Big house with fenced yard for dogs. Clean. The house is located between Sedona and Jerome. Both great towns to visit. The hiking/4-wheeling is very close also. Plus there's a grocery store blocks away.

Perfect Dog Friendly Place

It served us perfectly for an overnight stay with our two MinPins that must travel with us. The home was warm, inviting and clean. We loved the enclosed backyard for our fur kids and enjoyed the porch. The best part was the mattress in the master bedroom. We had one of the BEST sleeps ever on such a large comfy bed. We would definitely recommend staying here over a Hotel or Motel to enjoy more spacious clean accommodations at a very competitive price.

i was sooooo glad we chose this property vs a local hotel. very nice home with plenty of space for an entire family and more than enought for my wife and I. everything necessary was provided. Just add my wife and I and some food and we couldn't have been happier. Host Rodrigo gave quick responses and great to work with.......highly recommend :-)

Cottonwood Getaway

Perfect place to stay if you have a dog. Nice, fenced backyard. The house was extremely clean and there was plenty of room. When we come back to Cottonwood, we will be staying here again.

Cottonwood Getaway

House was super clean and well stocked with basics. HVAC was perfect. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. Nice patio with plenty of seating. Host was very responsive. Quiet neighborhood and minutes from stores. Would definitely book again.

Quiet & Comfortable

Our family loved this home, with its covered back porch, and large bedrooms. The Keurig coffee maker was an excellent added bonus. Communication with the owner was efficient and pleasant. I wish the shower heads had more flow, but I understand the value in managing water use. The home is located in a residential neighborhood, but it is only a couple minutes drive to downtown and the local park and recreation center (with indoor and outdoor pools). We recommend this property and host.

Great Time!

We used this house as a home base and went to Sedona, Jerome, on the Vetde Canyon Railway and old Cottonwood and Clarkdale. .The house was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well. One suggestion is to add a grab bar in the master bath. Rodrigo was very responsive to any question. He even bought a Keurig when we asked if he had one.

Everything was great!

My stay in Cottonwood was really great. I thought maybe the house would be a little older than I had hoped for, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, updated and had everything we needed for my family of 5. One small issue was that there was no ironing board, or iron, so I called the owner, and she had a new iron and board at the door within 20 minutes. So that won’t be an issue for anyone else, I just wanted to point out that the owner was very responsive and helpful. We were only there for 2 nights and did not need to use the kitchen or grill outside, but it would have been really nice if we would have had time to grill since the outside was really nice, and the weather was perfect. We were in Cottonwood for a wedding, and the house was only 6 minutes from downtown where the wedding was held. We went to Sedona which was only 20 minutes away, and another day we had breakfast in Jerome which was 16 minutes away, so location couldn’t have been better! I would definitely stay again (and probably will)!
