This is a fantastic little unit (Brits would call it a great bolthole) whether you need a stop as you travel down the i5 or spending a few days exploring Lassen Volcanic NP. It has a full kitchen with fridge-freezer (inc ice maker), hob and oven which made it easy to relax in and feel like home for a couple of days. The communication for check in was faultless. The only niggle was the very noisy aircon; I was thankful for the aircon, just wished it could have been a bit quieter. Without hesitation, I definitely recommend this place.

PERFECT place to stay overnight during our long drive. Our pup loved the large fully fenced yard and the communication with the manager was prompt and top notch. If/when we do this trip again we'll look this place up.

With two pups in tow, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay for our family event. It was clean, had the right amount of space, the kitchen was stocked, AC unit and a fenced in yard to run our dogs around in. Very cute little cottage and you get 2 adorable and very friendly ponies that come with it. We had our 2 midsize dogs with us and it was very pet friendly. Very good road to take them for walks, hardly any traffic and everyone is very friendly waving and saying hello. There are other dogs that come running to the fence down the road but they stay in their yards, just a heads up. Chelley, the host, was very friendly and was ready for our arrival. We didn’t use the pool, so can’t speak to that. The kitchen cupboards are very high and I’m on the short side, almost 5’3”, and I couldn’t reach the bowls so my husband had to fetch them for me which was kinda funny. So if you’re shorter than me and alone you probably won’t be able to reach high enough to get in the cupboards and use the microwave. We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location for what we needed.

This is a cute cottage off the highway! It’s quiet and the host is very nice. She greeted us and there was a little back patio with access to the backyard for our dogs to go potty! Everything you need!

What a great place to stay! We were looking for some place reasonably priced that could accommodate our pup. This place was perfect! Quiet country setting with room for our dog to run around. Cozy and quiet

This was a perfect pit stop for our road trip. It was even cozier than the photos show. There was a very large fenced yard which was perfect for our dog to run around and stretch his legs. Quiet, comfy bed, lots of amenities, and even a water filtration system for the sink for cleaner drinking water. Communication was great too. Overall, lovely.
