"Dirty, the hotel lobby had signs about guests stealing pillows and towels. The room had 3 towels only, and a very dirty carpet. the green carpet had turned a dark black color. The complimentary breakfast was only old cereal, yogurt, and waffles. I would never stay here again even if it was free."

"I’m a solo female traveler. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, the first after an initial hotel I booked had misleading photos and did not look the same in person. Staff is very friendly. Easy check-in/out. Breakfast is standard, hotel breakfast — tastes fine. Room has been clean and I’ve felt very safe. The outside is a little unappealing? I’m not sure what word to use, but it’s nicer inside. I also really like that this is a hotel with rooms with not outside door. I’ve noticed a lot of places listed as hotels but then they have motel style rooms. It’s about 10 mins from downtown and in a quiet area with a few fast food places and a gas station right by. It’s also right off the interstate. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here both times. As long as the price doesn’t change too much, I will definitely continue to use this as my stay when I’m in town."

"Breakfast was cold, kitchen staff also set out molded bread. Was charged $461.30 when the room was supposed to be $310.90, the service desk worker(s) guaranteed that $150.00 would be refunded on 5/16 however the $150.00 was never refunded, taking additional money from someone is unprofessional & in return I will most likely not give this company my business again nor would I refer them to anyone UNLESS I receive the refund that I was guaranteed. It is beyond unprofessional & immoral to list a room at $310.90 & charge an additional $150.00. "
