Historic FireHouse Lodge Very Cool!

The historic firehouse built in 1906 totally remodeled in 2011 its 60 seconds from the world famous white river. This home is great for large groups, corporate retreats ,family reunions. Very unique home with 30 ft bar with seating for 10, sliding barn wood doors, massive dinning room table with seating for 10. Major historic charm remolded from the ground up. Walk to the white river or cotter springs, world class fishing, bike riding, fly fishing. Home sleeps 12 with 1 king bed 3 queen beds 4 twin beds. GREAT PLACE TO STAY ON WHITE RIVER - LOVED IT

The kitchen and "great room" are the perfect place to gather and prepare to slay the trout! Stay here and call Ms. Debbie at Cotter Trout Dock for the best guides and shore lunch!

Great Place to watch the game!

Guys weekend to celebrate a friend getting married. Place was clean, plenty of room for the 8 of us. Shuffleboard could use a rehab. Great place to stay!

Family Fun

We go to this area ever year to canoe the Buffalo River. Part of our tradition is eating at Razorback BBQ in Yellville, getting pizza from Nima’s in Gasville and playing in the Spring at Cotter. The Firehouse was conveniently located for all of these!

Perfect Family Christmas at the Firehouse

What a wonderful place for a family Christmas get together in Cotter. The Firehouse is a gorgeous property, the owners thought of every detail when doing this rental. It is perfect for large groups. We had our family Christmas here, and what a great time!! The kitchen is fully stocked and they thought of everything. The location was perfect and was close enough to walk down to the Christmas lights at Cotter Spring, a walk to lunch at the White Sands. The beds are comfy in each room, and it is decorated so cute. There are plenty of towels, and extras, and we did not want for a thing while we stayed here. The owner was great to respond to any questions or needs we had. I highly recommend this rental. Great little place in downtown Cotter.

Great time!

12 of us came here for a weekend trip. Property was big enough for all, it was clean and the check in process was easy. The only issue was that the shuffleboard table could use a little love… but that won’t keep us from coming back! Quiet area in town and we were about 2 minutes to the river. Made it super easy to get down there and fish. Will definitely book again.

Reunion

Everyone really enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided that we could want and then more. All we needed was food and our clothes. We felt comfortable about coming and going. It was very secure and had all the privacy we could want. We will definitely be interested in using it again or maybe one of the other properties in Cotter.

Firehouse Lodge and Cotterville, Arkansas

Fun place to stay for intimate setting, especially if you are a group that likes. to cook and socialize. Small quiet town setting right on the river and the lodge is about 1/2 a mile from the spring park which has a boat launch with a little bait shop and a nice swimming hole set up with a rope swing. Lodge was clean and manager was friendly and helpful. Shiffleboard table is a bit rough if you're a big fan, but definitely an awesome place to stay and everyone we dealt with were very nice, polite, and helpful.

As Advertised. Clean and roomy!

We had a great weekend. The “firehouse” provided just what we needed. There were 5 couples, so one more bedroom would have made it perfect. Sharing a bedroom for siblings is certainly familiar and we knew going in that this would be the case. Communication with Joey was excellent.

Freaking amazing

We would just like to say omg. Our family rented this place this pas weekend. 5-28-2021 - 6-1-2021 we will be back for sure we are already starting to plan our return. Thanks so much the place was amazing and we loved how it just felt like home you all had everything there to cook with and all. Amazing

This property is awesome. Whether a family reunion, team meeting, fishing expedition on the White or Buffalo river, look no further. Amazing space with all the bells and whistles. The ownership and their team were awesome. Sleeps so many comfortably! Accommodating to requests. So very nice. This property is 2 minutes from Cotter Trout Dock and minutes away from some solid restaurants. We cooked steaks on the grill, and some other meals in their spacious kitchen. Communication with property team members was very attentive and quick. No delays. Thank you so much for a great experience. Angie was great helping us with questions. Jeff as well.

Retreat on the River, 2017

Had a great time as usual. The place was packed with 12 fisherman for our annual retreat. Loved the kitchen, bar and 4 wide screen TV,s. All guy stuff. However, for a group as large as ours, we needed small tables & shelves in each bathroom for toiletries and the like. Also, needed hooks for waders somewhere where they could dry out. In addition, coat hooks are needed in each bedroom for shirts & jackets. Also, need some small tables in the lounge area where you can set a snack or drink. I am not being crital here, just makes suggestions to make this place even better ,especially for fishermen.

Good as ever.

This was our 21st fishing trip to Cotter and we stayed in the same place as in 2004. It has been completely remodeled and re-appointed. Very nice and fit the 12 of us perfectly.
