"We had family stay in two rooms (3 family members per room). 3 people on the 4th floor and 3 people on the 5th floor. Both floors only had 1 roll of toilet paper for one week!!! When asked for more toilet paper the wait was for over an hour. Towels are also not changed unless you request them and ..."

"Clean room, nice breakfast but the rooms and other parts of the resort need renovations. At one point the air conditioning blew from the amount of power the resort takes. Then it got fixed within 15 minutes. The private beach is very nice with free chairs to use."
