The Agroturismo Cal Tio with communal pool is a very quiet place, surrounded by nature, animals and a small orchard. It is ideal for 2 adults



Costitx is located in the centre of Mallorca and is characterised by being a family and rural destination. Every Wednesday there is a market in Sineu, a few kilometres away from Costitx. In the towns of Inca and Manacor you will find supermarkets, petrol stations and shops. The northern beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia, are about half an hour's drive away. A car is necessary.



The agroturismo consists of four double accommodation units which share the swimming pool (size: 10 x 5 metres, maximum depth 1,60 metres), the barbecue and the covered terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas. The pool has a shallow area of 2 x 5 metres and a depth of 30 cm. On the terrace of the flat there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy a long breakfast.



Each accommodation unit has a terrace leading to the living-dining room with sofa, air conditioning, ducted central heating, satellite TV.



Next, there is the kitchen with dining area and a very complete equipment, vitro-ceramic hob. The bedroom has a double bed. The en-suite bathroom of this room has a shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we provide a cot or mini-cot and a high chair, as well as a baby bath, some toys and crockery for children.





The property has communal use of the following utensils (communal cupboard):



-Beach umbrellas

-Clothes iron

-Miscellaneous games

-Blender

-Shopping bags

-Laundry detergent





As an option, Cal Tio also offers breakfast to its guests - please ask for it on the spot.

Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.



As required by law, we have to ask for copies of identity cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
