M0230300141) is located on the hills overlooking Lake Garda in the village of Marciaga just 3 kilometers from the beaches and the town of Garda, and a short distance from the famous Cà Degli Ulivi Golf Club. The apartment is part of a small condominium consisting of three independent housing units with different characteristics and all intended for tourist use.
