Costa Maya Port Tours and Activities

This was my first time staying at the Mahekal Resort and I was very impressed by the accommodations. Everything was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. There was no request that was impossible for them and it was all done with a smile. They treated me and my friends as if we were royalty. They were also helpful and informative with regards to questions we had about shopping, transportations or tours. My time at the Mahekal resort was fantastic!

All of the workers we encountered were extra friendly and always offering to assist. Seemed like regardless of where we were the staff would make sure we did not need anything more. A good variety of dining options as well. We ordered room service for breakfast about everyday which was included in our plan (not sure if that was just for preferred members). The room service option was also available at night which gave us more comfort in trying a dish we may normally not try. Overall it was an amazing experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our concierge Ivan was super helpful. He arranged our dinners and checked on us if we needed anything. Pools were great, food was delicious, and we enjoyed the daily entertainment. Very nice stay!
