There were just a couple of little things that kept us from giving 5 stars, the toilet paper roll kept coming off, the shower door would close on you. We had an issue with our blinds, but the maintenance staff came right up to fix it. It’s a great location, within walking distance to everywhere.

I messaged the hotel via the Expedia app to add my guests names to the reservation and advise they would be arriving 1 day late. They responded that this was updated on the booking. When my guests arrived the reservation had been cancelled and they refused let them stay even though they had already agreed to the updates and I had paid in full for the entire booking. My guests were without a room and the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. Expedia, why you allow this to happen is beyond me.
