"Pros: There was something to eat for every meal inside the hotel. The restaurants did not disappoint. The staff was amazing and super friendly. Called for room service and it didn't have to wait long. The wave pool was our favorite. Kids enjoyed the arcade, dance party and mineral mining. Cons: Bathrooms outdated. The handle to our shower was loose so the water kept getting hot. The sink was outside the bathroom and in the main room where everyone can hear you wash your hands in the middle of the night. Bedroom floors were so dirty because when we hung our wet swimsuites over the door for a couple minutes before hanging over shower, I had to wipe up the water off the floor with a white hotel towel and that turned light brown. There were fruit flies in our hotel room upon arrival. We did our best to get rid of them. Elevators slow and outdated. We got tired of waiting in line most of the time to take the elevator so we used the stairs. We were on the 5th floor. So if you don't like stairs, just wait for the elevator. "

"Just a quick night in Ocean Shores for business and was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. Some old, some new, but well appointed and very clean. Friendly staff was a topper on a pleasant stay at a bargain price."

"We booked an economy room and quickly learned why. It was clean but the furniture was old and scratched up. There is only hot water capacity for one quick shower at a time, the door, handle and lock took special attention to get it to close and work. Curtains and bedspread were way past their life expectancy. It was nice to have a pool, hot tub and sauna. Also, very happy to have a guest laundry facility. "

"Room was great, very clean. Lacking a coffee maker which would have been nice. On the last morning went to get coffee from the office but there where no cups. "
