Everything was perfect, amazing host the view and the cabin is perfect very happy one of the best booked Cabins we have stayed in very nice and clean no complaints at all we will be seing you next year thank you for the wonderful Christmas time experience until next time
We loved the area! The creek behind the cabin was beautiful. One day we got to see deer on nearby property. We enjoyed many walks up and down the mountain and a fire at night. Our only complaint was that the cabin could have been cleaner. Other than that, we would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful cabin!
The flood got us evacuated but Patricia was kind enough to get us into a luxury cabin in the mountains for the same price. It was amazing and Patricia was so kind and considerate to work with. We will definately stay with Aunt Bugs again. They were so helpful.

We loved the running stream and the landscaping of all the woods. The outside of the property needs attention!! when we arrived, there was A lot of standing water in the trash can. The Porches and screened in area have cobwebs all over. The outdoor table was covered with dust and dirt, tons of mosquitoes due to the gutters being full. If there was a broom, I would’ve gladly of swept for my family to enjoy. Porches were full of sticks of debris, Huge wasp nest on the outside of the hot tub. The cabin was spacious, Unfortunately, housekeeping is lacking. The shower curtains need to be changed due to mold. The master bedroom had a yucky smell on the bedspread. This property is great if you’re just wanting to escape from busy life. If you’re wanting entertainment, you will have to drive about an hour depending on traffic. We truly enjoyed the house and the running creek! Very peaceful. Housekeeping is not great. I don’t believe anyone maintains the outside of this home. The hot tub does not function properly no lights and jets not working correctly.
Kids had a blast in the river and even caught a couple (little) fish. Location was great - amenities and activities nearby. We enjoyed our stay - just be sure to bring bug spray!
My son and husband really enjoyed the trout stream right out the back door. Only wish we had more time to spend here. Very peaceful and central location away from the business of gatlinburg and pigeon forge but close enough to go enjoy for the day!
Beautiful location on cosby creek with the soothing sound of the stream. Less crowded entrance into the park. Was a little cliser to neighboring cabins that would have liked but would return again.
Really great cabin. Wasn't as clean as i liked. The shower curtains had a lot of mold and only 3 forks in the cabin. The screened in porch Wasn't swept out but other than that
It was a grecabin and a wonderful location. We will definitely be back

Nice Cabin but too close to neighbors
The cabin was a nice cabin, furniture was a little dated but for pet friendly it was ok. I would definitely say the cleaning crew doesn’t do a very good job. The worst thing was the pot filled with cigarette butts on the back deck and it’s not very private as 2 cabins are across the creek behind you and the double wide trailer that’s 50ft to the left. The river was very nice and everything worked as it should.

Needs a better cleaning crew
While we love the cabin and location, the cleanliness is horrible. Old spider webs both inside and outside. Gutters are full of debris. No dish detergent or dishwasher detergent as advertised. Only 3 forks; had to call for more; they were rusty! Never again!
The creek front was the most important for me and this place did not disappoint on that aspect. The cabin was decorated accordingly to match the style of the build. Everything worked but it is all getting older and possibly needing updating. mostly the appliances and counter tops. They had everything we needed as far as pots and pans towels and linens. The rental company does well communicating so the check in and out was simple. We liked the location and didn't mind the gravel road. Their are a few local restaurant's in the area that we enjoyed. Janice's for breakfast. but we cooked out at the cabin most of the time and it was great. the grill (charcoal) worked well and they had all the utensils we needed all in good working order. The place was defiantly clean enough for me. but probably would not have been clean enough for my 75 year old mother who is a clean freak. Overall, all of us that stayed at the cabin really enjoyed our stay and would defiantly recommend it to others. This place is a good family style location with all of the creek stuff to do.
We went to Gatlinburg for the day and the drive was easy and not to long from the cabin (maybe 45 minutes) it was a nice scenic drive so we didn't mind the distance there or back.

Nice cabin but remote. Overpriced
We mostly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is a fair distance from Gatlinburg. 30 minute drive. DG is close by. Walmart 15 minutes away. There is a great orchard super close with yummy apple pies. We loved that. The cabin itself had some issues. It is advertised as 3 bedrooms. It actually is 2 bedrooms with a loft. So my son and his GF had zero privacy. But a plus was the half bathroom upstairs that isn’t mentioned. That made us very happy. The inside is well kept. Bring your own pillows! The pillows are flat. There are extras but not enough cases for anyone to use more than one pillow. The couch is a sofa bed. That wasn’t listed either. So that made us happy too. The screened in porches are wonderful but need some love. Screens are busted out. The roof leaked on the porch. I ended with water pouring on my head during a bad storm thru the ceiling fan. After that I was too afraid to use the fan due to fear of being shocked. I feel the cabin is overpriced for where and what it is. I’ve rented way nicer cabins for less. So it had pluses and minuses. We did cook a lot due to being so far away from restaurants. Kitchen is fairly stocked.
We've always stayed in the mountain tops before, but staying by the stream with the sound of the water constant was very nice. The cabin was one of the best built, decorated and maintained we've ever stayed in. My only suggestions would be new mattresses in the queen room and loft and hooking up the fridges ice maker. A tv upstairs would be nice too. Overall, a great stay and our family thoroughly enjoyed it.
Us, our 2 kids(17&22) and the 22yo boyfriend. Loved have fires in the stone pit just feet from the creek every night
The dog and the kids enjoyed playing in the creek and finding crayfish
Basically 2 primary bedrooms with en-suites worked perfectly with the teenage boy upstairs with the arcade room
Climb works is amazing and only 15 minutes away
The location is beautiful, and the inside of the house was very clean. The outside needs some cleaning up and maintenance, torn screens on both porches and the hot tub lid is so heavy from holding water and busted up.
Big, beautiful and spacious cabin. Unlike most places, the mattresses were great! A great location for hikers! We really enjoyed ourselves and will rent again!
This home was ideal for two couples. Both ground floor ensuite rooms were very convenient. The dual screened porches were a nice feature as well. The peaceful Cosby Creek was easily accessible and in the evenings with a fire in the pit, made for an idyllic mountain getaway.
We had such a great time during our stay at the cabin. The first night we came in was a bit scary because it was raining and dark and it’s a little tricky getting to the cabin. But after a couple of times, we were pros at it. The cabin was adorable and very clean. We had several nights using the fire pit by the creek. Our son and dogs explored the creek and had a lot of fun. The cabin is about 40 min to pigeon forge & Gatlinburg, which was fine for us because we’re used to driving. It was only 10 min from the Smokey Mountain National Park entrance where you can play in creeks and hike and explore. They replaced the pool table with a gaming system which was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and enjoyed disconnecting and exploring outdoors. Anytime we reached out to the owner, they replied fairly quickly, which was reassuring. We highly recommend this place.

Not clean...
-Bed sheets had dog paw prints
-dirty dishes in dish washer
-washing machine was disgusting
-when I called to ask how far from Gatlinburg it was they told me 15 minutes max, it was 45.
-cabin description says it has a pool table, there wasn't one (which was a big factor for us choosing it)
